PregnaWheel Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the PregnaWheel Android application (package name com.bladroid.app.pregnacycle, the "App") handles information. The App is published on Google Play by the developer Bladroidx ("we", "us"), in the Parenting category. It is a digital version of the paper pregnancy wheel: it helps expectant parents estimate pregnancy weeks and dates and shows general, educational week-by-week information.

1. Not a medical app

PregnaWheel is for general information and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or monitoring. It does not read health data from your device, health platforms or sensors. Always follow the advice of your doctor, midwife or other qualified healthcare professional.

2. Summary

3. Information stored only on your device

To perform calculations, the App stores the following on your device: the pregnancy start date you select (only if you turn on "Save Conception Date"), your calculation method (last period or conception), your chosen term, and preferences such as language, dark mode, wheel sound and vibration. Calculations happen on your device.

If Android backup is turned on in your device settings, Android may include this App data in your personal backup to your Google Account, under your control and Google's terms. We cannot access these backups. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage deletes the data from your device.

4. Information collected by third-party services

The App uses the following Google services. They collect data automatically when you use the App. We use them only for the purposes listed.

Service Data collected Purpose
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) Device and advertising identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), IP address (used to estimate approximate location), interactions with the App and ads (such as app launches and taps), and diagnostic information. Showing ads, measuring ads, analytics and fraud prevention.
Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) App instance identifiers, device information (such as model, operating system and language), approximate location derived from the IP address, and how the App is used (such as screens viewed and session length). Understanding how the App is used, so we can improve it.
Firebase Crashlytics Crash reports and stack traces, installation identifiers, and device state at the time of a crash (such as model, operating system version, memory and disk space). Finding and fixing crashes and errors.

The App does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, files, messages, or health data from your device. Your pregnancy dates are not included in analytics, crash reports or ad requests.

5. Advertising and your choices

To learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Data described in section 4 is collected and processed by Google as our service provider, and for advertising purposes as described in Google's policies. We may disclose information if required by law. We have no other sharing.

7. Data retention and deletion

Because we do not know who you are, we cannot identify your data by name. To ask us to delete analytics data associated with your installation, contact us at the email address below. We will use the tools Google provides to handle your request where possible. You can also reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

8. Security

Data sent by the Google services used in the App is encrypted in transit (TLS). Data stored on your device is protected by your device's security features, so please keep your device locked and up to date.

9. Children

PregnaWheel is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will help delete it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Economic Area or the UK, or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Where we rely on consent (for personalised ads in regions where it is required), you can withdraw it under Settings > Privacy choices. For other requests, contact us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. International transfers

Google may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under safeguards described in Google's privacy policy.

12. Third-party privacy policies

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or the law changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change significantly affects how data is handled, we will also tell you in the App or in its Google Play listing.
